BMC

Bulk Milk Cooler Software (BMC) is developed for the Milk Analysis,it is integrated with Electronic Milko Tester, Milk Scanner, Electronic Weighing Scale.
The main funtionality is collecting the milk from Societies and do the Lab Test and Quality Analysis(QA) test before sending the milk to the Main Dairy.

The BMC software has three main modules(features)

• Masters
• Milk Collection
• Reports

Masters Contains :

• Creating the Route
• Creating and deleting the societies.
• Creating the different users.
• Lock the entries after the QA Test and Lab Test is done.
• Set The Collection Type(Manual or Automatic)

Milk Collection Module contains

• Set the date. Session and Collection type (Manual or Automatic).
• Collecting the milk from the societies.
• Lab test to check the fat, CLR, Temperature and Calculating SNF, KGFAT, KGSNF.
• QA test: Enter FAT, CLR, Temperature to conduct QA Test and Calculate SNF, KGFAT, KGSNF, %KGFAT, %KGSNF.
• They can compare the Total KGFAT and KGSNF of all the societies with the QA test Values KGFAT and KGSNF, if both are not equal they can change the Lab test details and Check the Match again .

Report Module contains

• QA test Report: This report contains all the societies milk information, and QA test information.
• Truck Sheet Report: This report contains the Society wise milk information.
• Consolidated Society wise collection: This Report contains the session wise collection of milk from the societies for specified duration.
